Tea Towel Fun

I love tea towels! This one is from Anthropologie's clearance section.  It was marked down to $9, but had a slight stain.  I pointed that out to the salesperson and they gave it to me for $5.  I knew this was going to be great wall art in the boy's room, but how?  I sewed what I thought would be an opening for a stick, but every stick looked goofy!

Cute and all boy at the same time(;

I ended up just using a ribbon and tiny clothespins that I had left over from another  project. 

I love the end result!
